The Back Stretcher is a comfortable and easy-to-use support that helps stretch the muscles of the lumbar spine and relieve back pain. These can occur as a result of tight muscles, excessive flexion and misalignment of the spine. For maximum effect, include back stretching in your daily healthy habits.

3 levels of stretching:
Level 1: Beginner pose, simple stretch pose. Relax as much as possible and breathe normally. Bend your legs at the knees and place your hands along your body. You can also spread your arms wide, perpendicular to your body. This position provides the least stretch, and is the easiest to begin stretching. Height of the support arch at the highest point: 7 cm
Notice! If your body needs more stretching, you can only move on to the next level if you feel comfortable on level 1.
Level 2: Mild stretching position. Raise your arms above your head and place your shoulders as close to the mat as possible to stretch more. Over time it will get easier and you will be able to fully straighten your arms and rest your elbows comfortably on the mat.
Height of the support at the highest point: 9 cm
Level 3: The maximum stretch position is for advanced users. You can stay bent at the knees or fully extend your legs and arms. Remove the pillow from under your head for maximum stretch. Feel your back, shoulders, chest and abdominal muscles stretch and focus on maximum relaxation.
